  1. Clara Hartley’s anxiety quiz is one of those things you open because you’re bored and then accidentally start taking seriously. I even went back and reconsidered one of my answers because I realized I was choosing what I wanted to be true instead of what was actually true.

  2. 2 of my friends solved their internal problems, by just eating 10x more healthy. I think that 99% of the worlds problems have as the main source; our own diet.
Just think about it, when you don´t eat proper, you cannot be present, you cannot communicate to yourself and other. You cannot focus or tune in or be understood, and everything is 10x more overwhelming, and you make 10x worse decisions.

Once this is in place, then we don´t need drugs/meds… Because now our internal chemistry in fully in balance.

We all to some degree suffer and are all sick on some level. Most people are everyday drinking chemicals, having their food touch recycled IT plastics, and then they put chemicals on their skin called “deodorant or fragrance…” and all the women are clearly affected by all the makeup, which are affecting their hormones.

Basically the whole planet is going hormonal, and everybody wants to take time-off and just sleep and take pills to fix it. The problem is NOT the work, or all the individual things in life, the only main problem we have on this planet is the screwed up diet.

I know of 2 other people with OCD and ADHD, who also just fixed the diet and then all of their compulsive thoughts went away.

Our diet is our mental focus, our internal way of interpreting things. Once that is in place, the 10 other things we do in life, gets spotted and then fixed.

  3. Everyone needs a little extra natural support for their daily balance. Karela Saar is a great choice for maintaining steady habits.

  4. We need to add some physical movement to our daily routine to keep our bodies fit and our minds fresh. Even if you are not physically fit, simple posture changes, body movements, and changing the rhythm of your breathing can help you feel better and regain balance.
We often don’t give enough attention to our breathing. Maintaining the right posture and being mindful of our breath can help us feel more aligned, improve clarity, and stay focused on our goals. These simple practices can also help us manage mental and emotional challenges more effectively.
